   • Log into and navigate the evidence portal for you — even entering an authorization code from your email when one’s required to get past the login
   • Download everything
   • Review and relabel each document and video correctly
   • File it into the right client’s case file — opening a new file automatically if one doesn’t exist yet
   • Drop it into whatever client-management software you already use — Clio, Smokeball, OneDrive, and more

   One-click filing

   DocketFlow assembles the filing, then stops and hands it to you: preview the drafted pleadings in one click and approve before anything is filed. It can also automatically add you as a service contact. Nothing reaches the court without your sign-off.

   Drafting & correspondence

   A suite of letters and emails the agents draft — and can send automatically.

That last piece — drafting & correspondence — covers a suite of letters and emails. For example:

• Engagement letters
• A welcome and intro letter to the client, with recommendations
• A courtesy copy of the discovery request to the prosecutor — sent automatically upon filing the initial pleadings
• Any other automated emails you want to go out
