Data protection

- Your evidence is kept in your firm’s own secure space, separate from every other firm.
- We never sell your data, and never use your client data to train third-party models.

- Role-based, least-privilege access — only authorized members of your firm can see a matter.
- Single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) supported.
- Designed to protect attorney–client privilege and attorney work product.
You stay in control
- Nothing is deleted. The original download is always kept exactly as it was received.
- You can review or correct how any file was named or filed, at any time.
- Every step DocketFlow takes is recorded, so you can always see what happened and why.
