Four layers. We peel back every one.
Here is what arrives, and what DocketFlow does with it. There is nothing for you to set up and nothing new to learn.
- 1
Email & portals
What arrives
An email with a link to a state portal, a secure share, or a site that needs a password. The password often comes in a separate email, or sits inside a cover letter.
What DocketFlow does
Your evidence is reliably gathered. DocketFlow opens the link, signs into the portal, and finds the password wherever it was sent. It downloads everything and matches it to the right client.
- 2
Folders inside folders
What arrives
A download that opens into a folder, then another folder, then another.
What DocketFlow does
Every folder is opened and every file pulled out. Each file is named clearly and filed in your client’s case folder.
- 3
Files that won’t open, scans you can’t search
What arrives
Police camera video that won’t play. Scanned reports you can’t search. Hours of recordings.
What DocketFlow does
Video in odd formats gets a copy that plays right in your browser, on any computer — the original stays exactly as delivered. Scanned pages are read, and every recording gets a written transcript, so all of it is searchable.
- 4
Special players and software
What arrives
Evidence that needs a player or program you don’t have — or don’t know how to use.
What DocketFlow does
When evidence comes with its own player, DocketFlow keeps the player and the files together, exactly as sent, in the client’s folder — so nothing goes missing.
What you can count on
Same careful steps, every time
Every delivery is handled the same way, no matter who sent it.
Nothing guessed — every file accounted for
Every file that arrives is counted. If one can’t be reached, you’re told.
Checks its own work
Before a file lands in a case folder, DocketFlow checks it belongs to that client.
Reliably gathered
Evidence is caught as it arrives, so it’s waiting for you — not the other way around.
You stay in control
Nothing is deleted. The original download is always kept exactly as it was received, right alongside the organized files.
